The ROI Calculator estimates the financial impact of Growth Lab’s leadership and well-being programs by comparing program costs with potential savings in key areas like turnover, sick leave, burnout, and performance issues.

How It Works
1. Program Costs

 

These represent the investment your organization makes in Growth Lab’s programs:

  • Culture Scan:
    Cost = Number of employees participating × $50

     

  • Leadership Coaching:
    Cost = Number of leadership cohorts × $800 × 50 (sessions per cohort)

     

  • Well-Being Coaching:
    Cost = Number of employees receiving coaching × $300 × 12 (monthly coaching for a year)

 
2. Potential Savings

These represent the financial benefits of reduced turnover, absenteeism, burnout, and performance issues:
 

  • Turnover Savings:
    Savings = Turnover Rate (%) × 29% × (Productivity per employee + Average salary) × Total employees

    Savings = Sick days per employee × 24% × (Productivity per employee + Average salary) ÷ 250 (working days per year) × Total employees

ROI Calculation

We calculate ROI using the formula:

ROI (%) = (Total Savings − Total Costs) ÷ Total Costs × 100

This tells you the percentage return on your investment in Growth Lab’s programs.

 
Example

Let’s say your organization:

  • Invests $100,000 in programs (total costs).

  • Saves $250,000 through reduced turnover, absenteeism, and other benefits (total savings).

 

ROI (%) = ($250,000 − $100,000) ÷ $100,000 × 100 = 150%
 

This means a 150% return on investment for the programs.
