  • ROI Calculator: A tool to estimate the financial impact of Growth Lab’s programs, including leadership development, culture assessments, and employee well-being initiatives.

 

Coaches on the platform are independent contractors and not employees of Growth Lab. They adhere to professional liability and ethical standards independently.

3. Payment, Subscription, and Cancellation

Payment Terms
​

  • Payments for services, subscriptions, and digital products are non-refundable except as mandated by law.

  • Payment plans are available for certain services and must be adhered to.

  • Growth Lab reserves the right to change service pricing, including subscription fees and coaching rates, with a 30-day notice to users via email or platform notifications.

 
Subscription Management

  • Clients can upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

  • Subscription cancellations require a minimum 7-day notice before the next billing period. Late cancellation requests will result in charges for the following cycle.

 
Session Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Calculation Methodology

  • Growth Lab reserves the right to adjust cost parameters, including the $300 per coach-hour rate, based on market conditions and organizational requirements.

  • Savings: Savings estimates are derived from reductions in turnover, absenteeism, and other metrics.

10. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
